All Sales Are Final

Incorrect size, colour, or design selection
Change of mind after purchase
Items reduced in price after your order

About the EU Cooling-Off Period

The standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised. As all our products are custom-made to order, this exemption applies to purchases from Authentic Human.

Defective or Damaged Items

Quality matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective (misprinted, torn, significantly different from what you ordered), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
